The support brackets are heavier duty and there is a third bracket to use for grinding/sharpening drill bits. The two bolt holes to secure the unit are not standard spacing either sae or metric. Had to drill new bolt holes in the stand. The cooling tray is plastic. Unfortunately, the old metal one does not fit on the new grinder.
